INTRO TO WRESTLING
July 22nd 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

$30 Non-Members | $20 Members

This session will cater to all beginner-level wrestlers of all ages. This will be a combination, or introduction, to the sport and point system as well as fun wrestling-related games to understand the sport and movements!

ADVANCED TECHNIQUE
July 23rd - 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
$30 Non-Members | $20 Members

This session will cater to wrestlers with experience who are looking to take it to the next level! All ages are welcome to do this day! We will have Coach Jody Staylor sharing his knowledge! Jody wrestled for UNC, ODU, Great Bridge and was an Olympic candidate! We will also introduce the new 2024 point system!!!

FEMALE WRESTLING
July 24th 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

This session will cater to all things Female! This session will include all levels and ages! Hosted by President of D1 Elite herself Coach Jenny Smith. One of the Pioneers of NC wrestling and the first of many obstacles in the sport. Jenny will go over technique that can help elevate a girls ability to be the best version of themselves! She will introduce the new 2024 point system as well and guide all girls how to start on a boys team and how to lead on a girls team. If your girl is interested in trying this sport, this camp is for her! If your girl is experienced and trying to take it to the next level, this camp is ALSO for her!
